Return Window

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, products must be unused and returned in their original packaging.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us at kledscardshack@gmail.com as soon as possible. Please include your order number and photos of the issue so we can review and assist you.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued after the returned item has been received and inspected. Once approved, the refund will be processed back to the original payment method.

Non-Refundable Items

Shipping fees, if applicable, may not be refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part or a damaged/incorrect item.
